About Us

The Sunflower Coffee House is a café and roastery coming to Zephyrhills, Florida this fall. We proudly roast specialty coffees that are harvested from generational farms across the equator's Coffee Belt. We can't wait to invite you into our space, where you can watch the craft of roasting firsthand- and, of course, taste the final cup.

The seeds were planted for this shop when Travis and Sydney discovered a historic 1940s bungalow home located across from Zephyr Park. Both individuals hold a deep love for coffee, not only having worked in the industry for over a cumulative decade, but also having met in a Tampa coffee shop years back, which began their own love story.

The name Sunflower Coffee House is inspired by Travis' mom, Laura, who was devoted to her family and the vibrant sunflowers she grew in her garden. Our vision is that Sunflower Coffee House will be a welcoming space for you to come eat, drink, and find a small piece of joy in whatever season of life you are in.
