Our featured coffee this month is the award-winning Honduras natural from Finca La Bendición in San José, Honduras. Our producer is Sandra Urquía from whom our importer does direct trade. This coffee is of the Parainema variety, grown at 1,395 meters above sea level, and is processed naturally. It boasts a chocolate caramel sweetness, with bright strawberry and citrusy fruit notes.
